In order to receive assistance, you have to be experiencing a financial hardship. Even if you’re employed, you have to be able to show with documentation that you are struggling financially and need assistance with a particular issue. Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide any documentation to support your claim we will be unable to assist you.
The SIS (Supplemental Income Support) Program is a 90-day program where the client receives financial assistance once a month for 3 months. This program is for those who require a longer period of financial support, who may have multiple financial needs, and/or who struggle with other issues like anxiety and depression due to their financial hardship. The primary goal of the program is self-sufficiency. The SIS Program offers resources like job readiness, money management and credit building, self-care and wellness, and personal and professional development.

This program is for those requiring emergency assistance. Emergency assistance qualifies as assistance needed within a 24hr - 72hr deadline. Documentation will need to be provided.
YES, we do not discriminate against anyone as long as you qualify.
You can partner with us by being a donor and helping us help as many people as possible or by volunteering your time.
The One-Time Assistance Program is for clients who do not need a longer period of financial support nor access to the resources available in the SIS Program. Perhaps someone just needing a bill paid or groceries for the month, maybe textbooks for the semester those would qualify as One-Time Assistance clients. You may even be employed yet experiencing a short-term financial hardship.
Unfortunately, due to limited funding, we can only allow each household to receive assistance or participate in a program once every 12 months.
YES, as long as we don’t exceed our maximum benefit amount for each client.
